The University of Texas Sailing Team is always looking to expand the world of sailing by teaching new sailors. No experience is necessary to join the team. The team practices twice a week at the Austin Yacht Club on Lake Travis. Members have the opportunity to travel the nation, compete at a national level, and be out at the lake while your friends are stuck in class.
The UT Sailing Team has meetings on Mondays at 8PM in Parlin 105. Meetings are open for anyone to join in on and meet the team. Once you have met the team, we invite anyone interested to come sail with us, with no obligation to join.
